Terms and Conditions. All payments are non-refundable unless specifically agreed to in writing. A project retainer is applied to expenses and billable hours. It is normally applied against the first invoice of any consulting project. If Pathfinders Profit Consultants, LLC decides that it is impractical to continue any project for which a payment has been paid, Pathfinders Profit Consultants, LLC will return the payment less any expenses or hours billed and that will be the sole amount of compensation due to the payee. A payment on this page does not in any way commit Pathfinders Profit Consultants, LLC to conduct a consulting program unless an Agreement for Consulting Services has been signed and exchanged between the parties.
